Daniel Rebarchick has a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry, having owned and operated a successful restaurant for 34 years. With over 40 years of experience, he possesses a deep understanding of the complexities involved in running a restaurant. Daniel can leverage his proficiency and years of experience to provide guidance on what has and hasn't worked in the industry.
Daniel holds a degree from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, and has gained valuable experience working for Marriott Hotels as a Sous Chef and Food Production Manager. He was a key member of the opening team for the Kansas City Marriott Hotel and has served as Chef for the Olde Ebbitt Grill and Executive Chef for the Dubliner in Washington DC. Additionally, Daniel has owned and operated a full-service Seafood and Prime Rib Restaurant, designed and built an 81-room hotel, as well as establishing several other full service restaurants.
